GM500E colloidal grout mixer is a high speed high shear grout mixer. WM500E colloidal grout mixers is internationally recognized as the most effective method for mixing cement-based grouting and other materials in the construction industry, producing a very stable mixture that prevents water loss and contamination.

A unique blending effect allows rapid mixing of sand-containing mortar with a sand/cement ratio of 4:1, a cement ratio as low as 0.5:1, no additives, or a plasticizer or superplasticizer. Mixers are also very effective in mixing bentonite and other clay products because the process accelerates hydration and makes the product more stable.
GM500E colloidal grout mixer has been designed for use either in conjunction with a conventional paddle mixer and pump or by virtue of its own built in impeller pump, as a stand-alone mix and place machine.
